Terms of Service (TOS)
I do not accept refunds after I have already started. I allow you to make adjustments in the sketching phase. The only exception is if I myself initiate the refund. For example; if I believe I will not finish an artwork, OR if not delivered on time. (If you specifically requested for the artwork to be delivered by a certain date.)I will take payment up front, or half of it up-front, and the other half once the piece is done.Using my artwork for AI training is prohibited.Using my artwork for NFT trading is prohibited.No altering the final illustration without my explicit consent.Clients are allowed to use my artwork for profile pictures, social media posts, etc. As long as proper credit is due. (A small blurb in the bio, for example.)My minimum pricing will not be lowered/bargained by customers.Clients shall not claim my artwork as theirs, or use it in their own portfolios.Prices may vary on complexity.You must send me references in order for me to accept the commission.NO chargebacks.Four FREE alterations are allowed after the sketching phase. (I do not count adjustments in the sketching phase.) After the sketch only up to four changes will be free. Upwards of four, and you will be charged a small for each one. (5$)I have the right to refuse any commission.I own any and all copyright to services provided by me. Personal use for my art is fine, but you do not own it. I have the rights to reupload, post, or use it in any form of my commission advertisements.If you are looking to commission me commercially I expect to be messaged and properly negotiated over copyright. (Includes comic work, v-tuber, png-tuber, print rights, etc.)Ask me first if you plan on printing any of my work out into physical form. My name is Isaiah, and I'm a self-taught digital artist. :) I love to create stories, and I hope to eventually share that with all of you! Webcomic soon...I've been drawing (seriously) for about five-ish years. Though I've loved drawing since I was a kid. As of right now I am 17 years old.
